RECONCILIATION OFFICER
Application opens on 13th March 2023 and closes on 20th March 2023
Job Description
1. Validate all monthly generated payroll deductions before they are open for upload by CNL payroll within 24 hours and provide feedback to Head Internal Control necessary adjustments.
2. Do monthly payroll Reconciliation and provide feedback to Head Internal Control for necessary adjustments.
3. Do daily checks on the following and provide feedback to Head Internal Control for necessary adjustments.
I. Fixed deposit Rolled-over Transactions
I. Fixed deposit liquidated transactions to SD, SAVINGS and MEMBERS AVCCOUNT
III. Fixed deposit investments from SD and SAVINGS
4. Daily checks for duplicates on the following and provide feedback to Head Internal Control for necessary resolution
I. Fixed deposit liquidated to SD and SAVINGS
II. Cash addition to SAVINGS and SD
III. Rolled-over fixed deposit transactions
Required Qualification
-
- B.SC in Finance or Accounting Course
- At least 2 years’ experience reconciling accounting figures and financial records
- EXCELLENT use of MS Excel – Macros, Vlookup, Pivot tables, Data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of workflow automation and process efficiency review
- Experience in E-commerce business environment and payment audit
