Key Job Responsibilities for a Business Development and Sales Manager:

Business development and Sales: grow, streamline, identify and develop new business


Areas of work:

  • Real Estate Business development: identify possible opportunities, develop new income lines within the real estate space, develop and execute on an approved business plan.
  • Appliance and Commodities
  • Hospitality partnerships
  • Handle Special Projects and Events


Key Operational Tasks:

  1. Financial Management: Create and manage budgets, profit, and cash flow.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Communicating goals and progress updates.
  3. Marketing and Sales: Developing creative marketing strategies to promote all
    income lines.
  4. Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance
    with our policy and all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  5. Process Optimization: Analyze and improve operational processes to increase
    efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  6. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing
    guidance, training, and support.
  7. Business Intelligence: Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  8. Quality Control: Ensure high-quality products or services by vendors by
    implementing quality control measures.
  9. Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service by the team, resolving
    issues promptly and improving customers satisfaction.
  10. Innovation: Encourage innovation and implement process improvements to stay
    ahead of industry trends.



  • B.Sc. / HND
  • 5 years’ experience managing a business or business unit.
  • Demonstrable Life Skills – good time management, team management, excellent communicator
  • Effective use of Technology – MS Office.
